As our Senior Strategy Consultant, you will build Flip's consulting practice from the ground up, running pre-sales engagements that accelerate enterprise deals and post-sales projects that develop existing customers into full operating platforms. You start as a functional leader working through the teams that already exist, and grow into building and leading the practice you create.What you can expectBuild Flip's consulting practice from the ground up. Define the operating model, methodology, and commercial motion for Flip Consulting: how we position, scope, price, and deliver engagements across the customer lifecycle. You establish the playbooks and standards, work through the existing teams (CSM, Customer Engineering, Solution Engineering, Enterprise and Strategic sales), and lay the foundation for the practice to scale into a team.Run pre-sales consulting engagements that drive deals. Position, sell, and execute consulting pre-projects with enterprise prospects. You identify a prospect's operational pain and translate it into software solutions while articulating the value in clear ROI terms.
