We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesProven experience delivering production-grade software with end-to-end ownership in a full-stack environment (7+ years)Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend, including modern React patterns and Node.js developmentExperience designing scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services and serverless architecturesSolid understanding of API design, data modeling, and working with both SQL and NoSQL databasesAbility to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate evolving requirements into scalable technical solutionsExperience influencing technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and collaborating across multiple teamsDeep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives.
