Your responsibilities will be: Development and design of injection-molded components and assemblies for humanoid robot systems Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA) with a focus on suitability for series and large-scale production Design of plastic components under mechanical, thermal, and dynamic loads Close cooperation with toolmaking, manufacturing, suppliers, and external injection molding service providers Definition of material selection (e.g., engineering thermoplastics, fiber-reinforced plastics) Analysis and reduction of warping, sink marks, weld lines, and...
