If you’re ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let’s go.Why This Role MattersAs a Coordinator Field Network & Service Performance, you will help ensure high-quality service delivery across Goodyear's service network in the CEE region. By monitoring service performance, supporting fleet operations, and collaborating with service providers and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the network.What You'll DoMonitor and evaluate the performance of fleet and service providers through regular reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, contractual commitments, company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Analyze fleet and service data, reports, and operational costs to identify trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.Ensure the effective adoption and use of company-approved systems, tools, and processes by service providers, while supporting the implementation of new solutions, troubleshooting activities, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fleet performance and service delivery.Support daily fleet operations by coordinating vehicle scheduling, maintenance activities, inventory and asset tracking, while ensuring accurate administration of fleet movements, installations, service changes, and all related documentation, records, and approvals.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and service providers to monitor service delivery performance, resolve operational issues, and support performance reviews.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, and operational updates through CRM and other company systems.Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence by supporting corrective action plans, change initiatives, and other activities that enhance service performance and support business objectives..What We’re Looking ForStrong understanding of fleet operations and service management, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.Knowledge of service provider management and contract compliance, with familiarity in fleet management systems, CRM tools, and operational platformsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.Experience in field work or fleet operations is required, with exposure to the tire industry considered a plus, and hands-on experience in audits, compliance checks, or service quality reviews.Experience working with CRM systems, fleet management tools, and operational platforms, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing documentation, scheduling, and operational administration.Completed secondary education is required; a bachelor’s degree or an engineering degree will be considered an additional advantage.A good command of both Polish and English is required; fluency in English will be considered a strong asset.We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
