If you’re passionate about shaping brands visually, mentoring fresh talent, and collaborating to create stunning visual experiences, we’d love to have you on board.Role Overview:The Creative Mentor (Visuals) will lead, inspire, and elevate the design team, ensuring every project is executed with creativity, precision, and purpose. This role involves conceptualizing impactful visuals, mentoring young designers, and collaborating closely with other teams to bring campaigns to life.Key Reponsibilities:Ownership & Leadership:Take end-to-end ownership of creative projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and with unmatched quality.Be accountable for delivering visually impactful and strategically aligned work that exceeds client expectations.Creative Direction:Lead the design process, from conceptualization to execution, maintaining a consistent and high standard of creativity.Provide constructive feedback to elevate team outputs while championing innovative and fresh ideas.Mentorship & Development:Guide junior designers in sharpening their design sensibilities, workflows, and professional growth.Build a collaborative, supportive environment where designers can thrive and push creative boundaries.Strategic Collaboration:Collaborate with strategy and creative (copy) teams to ensure all designs align with campaign objectives and brand stories.Present creative ideas to clients with confidence and clarity, acting as a visual storytelling expert.Tools & Innovation:Ensure mastery and encourage the team's use of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and emerging tools like Figma etc. Introduce and integrate new tools, technologies, or methodologies to improve creative processes.Trend Spotting & Implementation:Stay updated on design and cultural trends, and proactively incorporate relevant insights into the agency's work.Inspire the team to experiment and innovate, ensuring outputs remain ahead of industry standards.
