What would you do? The Procurement PMO Lead (CL10) is responsible for driving governance, reporting, and operational excellence across sourcing and procurement programs. The role ensures effective execution of procurement processes (S2P / P2P), compliance with policies, and alignment with business objectives. It involves managing program performance, stakeholder coordination, and enabling continuous improvement through data-driven insights and automation. 1. Procurement Governance & Compliance • Establish and maintain procurement governance frameworks across S2P / P2P processes • Ensure adherence to Brillant Basics, ACF controls, and audit requirements • Conduct governance reviews, compliance checks, and corrective action tracking • Drive standardization of processes, templates, and controls 2. Reporting & Analytics • Consolidate and publish procurement dashboards (spend, savings, cycle time, SLA adherence) • Track key procurement KPIs such as PR-to-PO cycle time, contract turnaround, supplier performance • Support leadership with executive scorecards, insights, and data-driven recommendations • Develop and enhance reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards) 3. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management 4. Program & Portfolio Management • Support end-to-end tracking of sourcing initiatives and procurement pipelines • Monitor milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization • Coordinate across sourcing, category, and buying teams for program execution • Ensure alignment of procurement initiatives with business and client goals 5. Stakeholder & Communication Management • Act as a central coordination point between procurement teams, CFM, and stakeholders and CXLs/CAL. • Facilitate governance calls, business reviews, and leadership updates • Prepare executive summaries, decks, and program communications • Manage escalations and ensure effective resolution 6. Resource & Financial Management Support 7. Team Leadership & Coordination
What are we looking for? Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI preferred) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment •Program Management Office (PMO)
