Visit www.coletobrands.com. Job DescriptionColeto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill Warehouse Worker I position at our Kichler Lighting – Las Vegas, NV location for 1st Shift (7:00AM – 3:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet trucks.This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. If you’re looking for a hands-on opportunity where your warehouse experience makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you! Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasksSafely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products Unload, sort, and palletize inbound product from containers and/or trailers Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodologyPerform daily cycle counting Sort, organize and build pallets Restocking/Stocking Additional duties as assigned QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED is required 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse operationsCertification in Powered Industrial Truck operation preferredForklift experience requiredProven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamFlexible and responsive to shifting priorities and organizational needsPhysical capability to lift, up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.This position has been designated as safety-sensitive due to the nature of the work performed, which may include the operation of powered industrial trucks (PIT), machinery, motor vehicles, or other equipment where impairment could create a risk to the health or safety of the employee, coworkers, customers, or the public.Individuals in this role are expected to perform all job duties safely and free from impairment.
