You help shape how post-sales account management works at Antithesis.You take responsibility for renewals and expansion from day one.You work with deeply technical customers: Engineers and Engineering Leaders, CTOs and CEOs.This is a quota-carrying role. You own revenue outcomes.What you will do:Own a book of business from initial handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansionCarry a quota tied to renewals and expansionDrive on-time renewals with clear forecastingIdentify, scope, and close expansion opportunitiesBuild trusted relationships with customersHelp guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realizationLead post-sale commercial conversationsOwn renewal terms, pricing, and expansion proposalsPartner with Customer Success and Customer ExperienceSurface product feedback grounded in customer usageTrack account health, risk, and growth signalsContribute to renewal and expansion playbooksOperate with ownership in an early-stage environmentWhat success looks like:Strong gross and net retentionPredictable renewal forecastingExpansion driven by real customer valueLong-term customer relationshipsClear ownership and follow-throughNo surprise churn through early risk identification and proactive ownershipRequirements:5+ years experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager roleExperience at a B2B SaaS companyDirect ownership of renewal and expansion quotasProven record of meeting or exceeding ARR retention and growth targetsExperience managing a defined book of businessExperience running renewal and expansion deal cyclesComfort owning pricing, terms, and commercial negotiationsExperience selling to existing customers, not prospectsAbility to work with technical buyers and stakeholdersStrong forecasting discipline and pipeline managementComfort operating in a fast-moving startupStrongly preferredExperience with highly technical products, developer tools or infrastructure productsExperience working with engineering-led customersExperience with usage-based or platform SaaSThis role is notA Customer Success role without quotaA support or relationship-only roleA training role for first-time sellersApply for this Job
