As part of our growing world-class team, currently consisting of 8 members, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.You will work closely with stakeholders from Supply Chain Management, Production, and Warehouse to ensure the organization and coordination of order and delivery processes. With your knowledge of order processing and international goods flows, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to make unmanned aerial systems (sUAV) the benchmark for airborne data collection solutions.What is your Day to Day Mission:Responsible for communication with our global dealers to coordinate and organize order and delivery processes, especially with third countriesIndependent creation of order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes in the company’s internal ERP systemEnsuring that materials are available for shipment at the agreed time and correctly booked in the ERP systemSupporting our support team in handling returns and compensation deliveriesCollaboration with external logistics service providers for the proper planning and execution of shipments to our customersPreparation of all required documents for export processing (customs declarations and other customs-relevant documents such as EUR1, COO, ATR, and Carnet ATA)Applying for and corresponding regarding export licenses with BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control)What you bring to the team:You have completed commercial training (e.g., freight forwarding and logistics clerk or comparable)You already have at least 3 years of professional experience in international order processing, customer service, or warehouse managementYou have an interest in customs and export processing topicsWith your open, communicative, very friendly, and competent demeanor, it is easy for you to be seen as an internal expertYou are highly self-motivated and independently advance your area of responsibilityCommunication in German and English comes naturally to youWhy Quantum-Systems:We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.
