Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.Department OverviewDirect Sales BusinessJob DescriptionCommercial Diplomacy & Stakeholder RelationsStrategic Advocacy: Drive corporate engagement and strengthen partnerships with the US Embassy, Singapore government bodies (e.g., MINDEF, MHA), and key industry institutions (e.g., Singapore Business Federation) to amplify MSI brand awareness.Stakeholder Mapping: Establish and maintain an updated registry and database of key government officials, regulators, strategic business partners, and media contacts.Event Logistics & Protocols: Direct the end-to-end execution of high-level roundtables, government delegation visits, and advocacy sessions, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, briefing material readiness, and post-event follow-ups.Executive Governance & OperationsSLT Secretariat: Act as the operational secretariat for the Singapore Site Senior Leadership Team (SLT), managing agendas, driving functional synergy, and overseeing day-to-day site operations.Fiduciary & Compliance Dashboards: Consolidate statutory filings (ACRA, MOM, tax reporting) and corporate compliance metrics into streamlined executive dashboards for SLT integrated review.Corporate Compliance, Safety & Site OperationsCertification Ownership: Drive cross-functional readiness and oversee external audit timelines to ensure the timely renewal of critical site certifications, including BizSAFE, ISO, and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).Documentation Management: Maintain and audit all essential Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) documentation, risk registers, and safe work procedures to ensure complete legislative compliance.Communications, Digital Strategy & CSRThought Leadership & Digital Strategy: Develop and execute the digital and social media strategy for the Country Council across public platforms, aligning all messaging with global corporate policy.Executive Messaging: Author internal and external communication collateral, including internal employee communication, newsletters, presentation decks, panels, and talking points for external events/ trade summits.Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure that all external communications are compliant with MSI corporate policies.CSR & Event Support: Facilitate the planning and execution of corporate company initiatives, sponsorships, promotional events, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives eg GMOS.Basic RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 3 -6 years of working experience in a marketing, PR, communications or foreign commercial services organization Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsProficient in...
