Job Overview
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join a production team in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on applying high-quality finishes to steel components using electrostatic spray and powder coating techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply coatings using electrostatic spray guns to paint steel racks and weldments
- Ensure proper color, thickness, and finish quality to meet production standards
- Perform powder coating and curing (baking) processes as required
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic painting or coating issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
- Follow all safety procedures and attendance policies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or industrial painting experience preferred
- Experience with electrostatic or powder coating systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
