Product Director - Global Technology Asset Management
Lead the development of tech preferences product strategy, translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions, and guide the creation of impactful features within CTO GTAM team.
As a Product Director in CTO GTAM team at JPMorganChase, you will drive innovation by shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the tech preferences product and features for adoption firmwide across multiple lines of business. Utilise your expertise to challenge conventional methods, eliminate obstacles, and ensure continuous improvement, inspiring cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet business needs.
Job responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an intake process to capture, analyse and refine requirements from stakeholders across the firm and prioritise accordingly.
- Translating requirements to identify data required to satisfy executive stakeholder needs.
- Owns, maintains, develops and communicates the product backlog to enable development to support the overall product roadmap.
- Owns and drives the product strategy and vision for the firmwide Technology Preferences solution.
- Communicating to users on new features being released, bug fixes and incidents.
- Works with engineering manager and the development team to build the product roadmap.
- Identifies potential customer pain points, creates product hypotheses and helps with analysis for potential product development.
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Significant experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organisations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.

- Has a software engineering background.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Understanding of the financial industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
