About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring for our Hardware Engineering organization. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping the team hire top engineering talent.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Taiwan.
What You'll Do
- Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications.
- Scheduling phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process in our Taiwan office.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and other recruiting systems.
- Assist with offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and new hire logistics.
- Support recruiting events, university recruiting, and internship programs.
- Help improve recruiting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Assist recruiters with sourcing projects and talent pipeline initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
- Onsite presence required at our Taiwan office.

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
