We are excited to welcome a Distribution Logistics Coordinator – Netherlands/Germany to our growing team, someone who helps keep our logistics and distribution network across EMEA running smoothly, reliably, and efficiently. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive right in:Supervise customs clearance, in-/outbound shipments, warehouse operation, POD and return processes across different transportation modes in Europe.Monitor stock levels, manage inventory accuracy and inventory status.Maintain logistics documents such as COO, F gas declarations, and other shipment related documentation with a strong focus on accuracy.Stay closely connected with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to keep daily operations on track.Take responsibility on invoice checks, logistics cost tracking, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.Support digitalization process for example TMS launching.Your profileAll right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? Now, in order to fit into this role and feel happy in it for the long run, your ideal background could look a lot like this:You hold a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.You bring up to 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.You understand warehouse processes, inventory management, and transportation coordination in an operational environment.You are comfortable working with ERP systems, ideally SAP or S/4HANA, and you know your way around Excel and other Office tools.You communicate clearly, coordinate confidently, and stay organized even when priorities shift quickly.Your English skills are at C1 level, and additional are a plus.Why us?You will join a logistics team that plays a key role in connecting our fast-growing business with customers, warehouses, and service partners across the EMEA region.
