You’ll bring deep payroll administration experience, ideally in the construction industry, and translate that knowledge into clear, practical training for back-office users. You’ll work closely with Implementation and Customer Success to teach customers how to set up, validate, and run payroll that complies with union rules, prevailing wage requirements, overtime structures, and job-specific pay situations. You will deliver live training, develop repeatable training materials, and support customers as they gain confidence running production payroll.
