C'est ce cycle de set up que vous piloterez, de A à Z.-----Le rôleVous êtes l'interlocuteur·rice projet de nos marques clientes, du premier atelier jusqu'à l'exploitation stabilisée.Vos responsabilités :Piloter les kick-offs clients : préparer et animer les ateliers de cadrage selon notre modèle (périmètre, typologies produits, niveaux de service, alignement des parties prenantes), sur site ou à distance.Cartographier et présenter les flux : traduire les besoins métier du client en flux opérationnels de bout en bout (logistique inverse, contrôle qualité, reconditionnement, remise en vente) et en spécifications exploitables par nos équipes tech.Piloter les sprints :...
