Apply for this job Über den JobFür unsere psychologische Mitarbeitendenberatung am Standort Dortmund suchen wir ab sofort Psychologen / psychologische Berater (w/m/d) Voll- oder Teilzeit.Du begleitest Menschen in akuten Belastungssituationen – vom ersten stabilisierenden Gespräch bis zur gemeinsamen Einordnung und Weiterentwicklung. Dabei arbeitest du sowohl im Einzelsetting als auch in Gruppenveranstaltungen und bringst deine fachliche Perspektive aktiv ein.Der psychologische Dienst ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar und arbeitet in einem klar geregelten, rotierenden Schichtsystem, das durch Supervision, strukturierte Übergaben und verlässliche Rahmenbedingungen unterstützt wird.Deine Aufgaben:Psychologische Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden vor Ort in Dortmund im Rahmen eines 8-Stunden-SchichtsystemsDurchführung einfühlsamer, strukturierter Einzelberatungen in akuten Belastungs- und KrisensituationenKonzeption und Moderation von Gruppensitzungen zur Förderung psychischer Gesundheit und Team-AustauschAnalyse von Themen wie Stress, Motivation, Arbeitsklima, Führung und UnternehmenskulturAufbau vertrauensvoller Arbeitsbeziehungen und gemeinsame Entwicklung tragfähiger LösungsansätzeArbeitsort & RegionStandort: Dortmund (Präsenzstelle)Gut erreichbar aus dem Ruhrgebiet, z.
