This operation runs from 5:00 AM – 1:30 AM with a team of Station Supervisors (lead-on-duty), Customer Service Agents, Motorcoach Drivers, Airport Escort Drivers (based in SF), and a leader supporting Maintenance/Training.   In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support frontline agents and drivers, and ensure a seamless passenger experience for customers.  Our station operates within a secured airport environment, and the Operations Manager is accountable for the team's compliance with TSA and airport security requirements. You'll complete Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) training, manage SIDA badge access, and ensure your team members complete and maintain their own security training and credentials. This role will ideally start the week of Aug 10th with a fast interview process.  What You'll Do: Oversee all customer-facing operations at our station, which begin daily operations at 5:00 AM Hire, train, and evaluate employees and maintain standard operating procedures for all team members Clearly communicate company and operational performance standards to team members and drive achievement Maximize operational performance by driving a safety-first culture and ensuring alignment between teams at different locations Effectively communicate goals, opportunities, and challenges to company leadership Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Monitor budgeted labor hours and staffing levels, making necessary scheduling adjustments to maintain operational efficiency while meeting service and budget expectations.  Monitor and oversee all inbound and outbound bus departures, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals through proactive coordination with station team members, drivers, and operational partners.  Proactively observe employee and driver performance, providing coaching, retraining, and recertification as needed to ensure compliance with operational standards, safety requirements, and customer service expectations.  Maintain all Sensitive Security Information (SSI) documents and records in compliance with applicable regulations, ensuring they...
