Save Report this job The RoleAs a Strategic Finance and AI Analyst on our Strategic Finance team, you’ll be at the heart of ThoughtSpot’s growth journey, driving financial performance and shaping key business decisions. This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to develop high-impact financial models, provide actionable insights, and influence strategic initiatives that directly impact the company’s success. You’ll play a critical role in the company’s expansion, from top-line forecasting and revenue analysis to supporting our Go-To-Market strategies, all while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your insights will guide the future of the business.Location: This person can be located in either Phoenix, AZ or Mountain View, CA.What You'll DoFinancial Modeling: Develop and maintain advanced 3-statement financial models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to support company-wide multi-year planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.Business Insights & SaaS Metrics: Build and refine integrated financial models for ARR, ACV, and Renewals, leveraging sales capacity planning and other key SaaS metrics to project business performance and optimize growth.Cash Projections: Lead the development and continuous refinement of cash flow forecasts, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and effective management of the company’s short-term and long-term cash position.Reporting & Business Insights: Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
