We're fortunate to be supported by the best VC firms and angels in the business, including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Thrive Capital, Google Ventures, and Adverb.About the roleWe're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems and workflows that power how Macroscope finds, sells to, and supports customers.You'll work at the intersection of sales, customer success, engineering, and product. Your job is to identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and build scalable systems that help our team move faster.You'll own large parts of our go-to-market infrastructure, including CRM architecture, lead routing, enrichment, onboarding workflows, reporting, internal tooling, and AI-powered automations.We're a small team, so you'll have significant ownership from day one. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, sales, and customer success to solve problems across the company. The systems you build will directly influence how we grow.We're looking for someone who loves building. Someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately starts thinking about how to automate it. Someone who experiments with new AI tools because they're genuinely curious about what's possible.QualificationsExperience building operational systems, automations, or internal toolsComfortable working with APIs and integrating systems togetherExperience writing code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or similar languages is a strong plusEarly adopter of emerging AI technologies with a track record of practical implementationExperience evaluating and implementing new AI toolsAI-native operator who instinctively looks for opportunities to leverage automation, agents, and generative AI to achieve better outcomes.Preferred QualificationsExperience at an early-stage startupExperience with modern GTM tooling and enrichment platformsBackground in software engineering, data engineering, revenue operations, or technical operationsExperience building AI-powered internal tools or workflowsExperience working in B2B SaaS or developer toolsExperience supporting technical sales or customer-facing teamsThe base pay for the GTM position ranges from $120/year to $250/year. Pay is based on several factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.About youYou are extremely high agency.
