Collections Specialist II

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage assigned portfolio which includes varying account types such as strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany and end customers.
Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.
Prepare and communicate monthly Statement of Accounts to all assigned customers.
Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates which would include pre-due date reminder calls/emails and follow-up on aging balances.
Identify, validate and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners/resolvers

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in any finance field.
2-3 years of experience in Cash Application or Accounts Receivable function.
Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
