Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator collaborates closely with their manager and team to support program initiatives. This role is responsible for performing data analysis and providing support for services, including gap closure, utilization processes, and other program procedures. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator ensures that standard operating procedures are established and adhered to in alignment with the requirements of departmental guidelines. The role requires a team-oriented individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Experience: ▪ Preferred: Prior insurance / claims office experience or 3-5 years related experience Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Able to work independently and as well as collaboratively in teams. ▪ Experience with Microsoft Office Programs. ▪ Knowledge of basic medical terminology. ▪ Highly organized, self-sufficient, task completion oriented. Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
