In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the fulfilment centre, implementing efficient processes to optimise customer order fulfilment, reduce stock waste and loss, safeguard assets, and cultivate strong teamwork.As Fulfilment Centre Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of your assigned Zapp location. This includes full accountability for the fulfilment centre’s profit and loss, inventory management, and operational efficiency, as well as the well-being and professional development of our frontline staff.You will collaborate with Zapp's Senior Operations Leadership to develop and execute strategies to enhance your fulfilment centre's performance.
