Über die Position
Als Trade Operations Specialist im Service Business von Hitachi Energy übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der globalen Einhaltung von Aussenhandelsvorschriften. Als Spezialist für nichtpräferenziellen- und präferenziellen Ursprung und den gängigen Freihandelsabkommen agierst als Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen
Projektleitung, Lieferant, Kunde und unserer Exportabteilung.
Du bist Teil des Teams Standard Operations, das weltweit für die Distribution von Spareparts zu unseren Produkten verantwortlich ist. Du bist stets auf dem neuesten Stand bezüglich der Importanforderungen in den verschiedenen Ländern und trägst damit, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, zur effizienten und regelkonformen Abwicklung internationaler Waren- und Dienstleistungsströme bei.

Fachstelle im Bereich Freihandelsabkommen und Ursprungsregeln
Einforderung der Nachweise für die Gewährleistung des Präferenziellen und Nichtpräferenziellen Ursprungs
Präferenzkalkulationen gemäss geltender Freihandelsabkommen, Verwaltung von Ursprungsnachweisen und Klassifizierung von Gütern
Ermittlung von Ursprung und HS-Code
Mitarbeit in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Leitung entsprechender Initiativen
Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossene technische /kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Aussenhandelsfachmann/-Leiter oder Entsprechende Erfahrung in den relevanten Bereichen
Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Freihandelsabkommen und Ursprungsregeln oder herausragendes Potential zur Entwicklung der geforderten Kompetenzen
SAP und GTS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Eigeninitiative
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

The opportunity
As a Trade Operations Specialist in Hitachi Energy’s Service Business, you will play a key role in ensuring global compliance with international trade regulations. As a specialist in preferential and non-preferential origin as well as major free trade agreements (FTAs), you will act as a central interface between project management, suppliers, customers, and our export department.
You will be part of the Standard Operations team, which is responsible for the worldwide distribution of spare parts for our products. Staying up to date with import requirements across different countries, you will contribute to the efficient and compliant execution of international goods and service flows in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
How you'll make an impact
Serve as the subject matter expert for free trade agreements and rules of origin
Obtain and manage documentation required to ensure preferential and non-preferential origin compliance
Perform preferential origin calculations in accordance with applicable free trade agreements
Manage certificates and proofs of origin and support the classification of goods
Determine product origin and assign the appropriate HS (Harmonized System) codes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lead relevant projects and process enhancements
Your Background
Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further education in international trade, customs, or foreign trade management, or equivalent professional experience in a related field
At least 3 years of experience working with free trade agreements and rules of origin, or exceptional potential to develop the required expertise
Knowledge of SAP and SAP GTS is an advantage
Excellent German and good English communication skills
