And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.Position Summary:Working alongside the Technology Alliance Managers (TAMs), the Technology Alliance Solutions Architect (TASA) is responsible for the technical development of our technology alliance partnerships. The TASA will assist in the recruitment and development of partners through new solution development, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site product installation, training, and support. Moderate National and occasional International travel required.Primary Responsibilities:The TASA will own and drive the technical component of the F5 alliance partnerships, including working with technologies from a range of application partners such as Red Hat, Nutanix, Equinix, Cisco, NVIDIA, Dell, Analytics, DevOps & Orchestration partners to name a fewWork directly with the partner to develop innovative solutions using the F5 solution set & advanced F5 technologies such as iRules, iAPPs, iControl, and REST.Take a lead role in working directly with Partner on solution development and assist with their lab installation and configuration of F5 products. Serve as a technical expert and evangelist for F5 products.Provide subject matter expertise regarding partner applications and integrated solutions to Sales, Product Management, Support and our Technology Centers.Communicate joint solution requirements to Product Management and Product Development. Assist TAMs in qualifying prospective partnership opportunities and conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at partner locations/F5 facilities. Work with the Partner independently or assisted by the TAM to develop and review of joint solution technical collateral, including presentations & documentation.  Drive awareness of developed solutions through social media, trainings, presentations, demonstrations, and attending relevant events & tradeshowsFor the joint solutions, conduct POCs (Proof of Concept), product demonstrations, and technical presentations for strategic customers and partners. Qualifications: 7+ years experience in technical sales/marketing engineer roleBA/BS preferred.  MS is a plus.Strong knowledge L4-L7 technologies such as Load Balancing, VPN, firewall, IDS/IPS systems, next-gen firewall, web application firewall, and SSLKnowledge of DevOps & NetOps configuration management toolsKnowledge of analytics as used by various operations teams within ITStrong knowledge and experience with designing and implementing enterprise network architectures with great hands on expertise.Knowledge of containers, SDN, Kubernetes and latest data center technologies is a plusStrong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technology in a simple fashionAbility to analyze, troubleshoot and solve technical problems.  Self-motivated and flexible.Experience and familiarity with a broad range of application product offerings from vendors such Red Hat, Nutanix, NVIDIA is a big plus.Physical Demands and Work Environment:   Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
