Associate Product Manager
Ready to be a Titan?
Fleet Pro is ServiceTitan's fleet intelligence product for contractors connecting GPS, vehicle, driver, safety, camera, and maintenance data to ServiceTitan's operational workflows (jobs, dispatch, timesheets, payroll).
The APM will own discovery, feature definition, and sprint-level execution across Fleet Pro’s roadmap and be the connective tissue between engineering, design, customer feedback, and strategic direction.
What you'll do
- Own sprint-level product work: write and refine requirements, manage backlog, track delivery, and run customer feedback loops for Fleet Pro features.
- Support discovery: conduct customer interviews, analyze support escalations, and synthesize findings to identify gaps in Fleet Pro's current experience.
- Drive feature readiness: translate strategic direction into clear, engineering-ready requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Partner cross-functionally: work with engineering, design, and customer success to move features from concept to shipped.
- Build Fleet domain fluency rapidly: become the team's expert on telematics integrations, contractor fleet operations, and competitive landscape.
- Apply AI tools actively: use AI to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, competitive analysis, and prototype iteration.
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a role close to or in product: product management, customer success, support operations, program management, business analysis, UX research.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and external stakeholders.
- Curiosity about AI products and how AI can change operational workflows, deep expertise not required, but genuine interest is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication; can translate ambiguous problems into clear written artifacts.
- Shown interest in or aptitude for fleet, field operations, or contractor workflows is a meaningful plus.
