Lead and facilitate technical discussions, encouraging contributions from all team members and fostering an inclusive environment where ideas can be shared without judgment. Collaborate closely with multiple partner teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of complex projects. Drive effective project management and delivery within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Experience in Spark, Python, data engineering and data modelling. Proven ability to conduct efficient design and architectural discussions. Solid communication and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding project environment and drive effective discussions and outcomes. Experience with application usage telemetry insights, modern licensing and payment systems is a plus. Experience in C# and .Net is a plus.
