The Opportunity

We are looking for a Quality Specialist – Field Quality & Non-Conformity Management to support the handling of field non-conformities related to high-voltage products and power transformers, during warranty, installation, commissioning and maintenance phases.

The role requires sufficient technical knowledge to understand site issues, assess available evidence, provide technical input, support structured inspections, and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collect technical evidence, site feedback and operational data to support RCA.
  • Conduct site inspections on HV products and power transformers, focusing on quality evidence and preliminary failure assessment.
  • Produce clear, structured reports detailing activities and preliminary failure assessments.
  • Review field documentation and failure events to identify gaps, recurrence risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to RCA documentation, corrective actions and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with field service teams, factories and suppliers to manage site non-conformities, define actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Share lessons learned with internal stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in high voltage systems (installation, commissioning, testing, inspection, maintenance or failure analysis).
  • Technical understanding of HV systems and field operational constraints.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and HV operational requirements.
  • Knowledge of RCA, 8D and non-conformity management is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Availability to travel for site investigations, inspections and quality follow-up activities (30% travel and 70% based in Lodi).

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:

  • Starting from: 38000 € gross

 

The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
