If you are looking to stretch and grow your career our culture will embrace you. Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:   What You'll DoDeliver engaging technical training in classroom, virtual classroom, and event-based environments.Train customers, partners, and employees on HPE Networking technologies, including Enterprise, Service Provider, Security, Automation, Cloud, Data Center, AI solutions, and related technologies.Manage the end-to-end training delivery lifecycle, including customer consultation, training needs assessment, customized delivery, beta course delivery, certification workshops, and exam proctoring.Continuously build expertise in emerging networking technologies and support new course launches.Collaborate with course development teams by providing classroom feedback, learner insights, and customer recommendations to improve training content.Represent HPE Networking Education Services as a trusted technical advisor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving technology adoption.Support training delivery across Asia Pacific time zones, with occasional global engagements and travel as required.What You'll Bring5+ years of experience in technical training, technical pre-sales, network consulting, or networking implementation/support.Strong expertise in wireless networking, along with routing, switching, network security, and cloud-managed networking solutions.HPE Networking (Juniper) certifications at the JNCIP/JNCIE level across one or more technology tracks.Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical audiences.Experience using virtual training and collaboration platforms for remote learning delivery.Proven ability to deliver customer-focused technical education and drive successful technology adoption.Experience with HPE Juniper Networking training delivery, courseware development, certification preparation, or technical enablement programs (preferred).Professional or Expert-level HPE Juniper Networking certification (preferred).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50% for regional and global training engagements.What We Can Offer You:Health & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
