Environmental Health & Safety Technician I
Role responsibilities
The technician supports environmental safety and health compliance through radiation surveys, noise surveys, and laboratory safety inspections. They are also responsible for waste disposal, sample collection, and responding to emergencies such as spills, fires, or falls.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience in industrial hygiene or two years in a laboratory setting. Proficiency in safety regulations and strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
