Local Team Collaboration:Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.Qualifications:Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.New grads are welcome to apply.Flexible Scheduling:Swing shift hours 1 pm - 1 am, and 3 pm - 3 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.This is afull or part-time position.Key Responsibilities:Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Complete admissions for hospitalist service.Procedures are not required.Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance.
