You will own the migration lifecycle end-to-end from data assessment and mapping to mock cycles, cutover, and Go-Live support.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute data migration strategy and planConduct data profiling, cleansing, and validationDesign data mapping and transformation logicDevelop and execute migration scripts / ETL processesManage multiple mock migration cyclesEnsure data integrity and reconciliation (financial, operational data)Lead cutover planning and migration execution during Go-LiveTroubleshoot data issues and support hypercare stabilizationEngage business stakeholders for data validation and sign-off QualificationsRequirements5–8+ years experience in ERP data migrationProven experience with IFS Applications or IFS CloudStrong expertise in:                    o SQL / PL/SQL                     o ETL tools and data transformation                     o Data mapping and reconciliation techniquesExperience in:                    o Large dataset handling                     o Financial and master data migration                     o Go-Live and cutover activities Preferred ExperienceMulti-module ERP migration (Finance, SCM, HR, EAM)Public sector or high-volume transaction environmentsPerformance tuning for large migrationsData governance and audit complianceQualificationsBachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldIFS CertificationAdditional InformationWe champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
