You will work closely with the Head of Product and CTO in order to coordinate the engineering, AI and data team. You will be stepping into an active delivery environment with multiple parallel workstreams, customers in US and Israel, and a product at a critical growth stage.Key responsibilitiesPlanning and coordinationOwn delivery planning and coordination for the platform initiatives and deliveriesRun sprint planning, backlog readiness checks, and weekly delivery rhythmAlign dependencies across teams and stakeholders (engineering, data, design, sales)Lead recurring meetings with customers to gather structured feedback, capture evolving requirements, and ensure clear alignment and follow-through with ProductExecution managementTrack Jira execution daily: statuses, blockers, next steps, ownersEnsure tasks are well-defined enough for engineering to execute (templates, acceptance criteria, readiness)Drive follow-ups and unblock work, including coordinating with external consultants when relevantStakeholder alignment and reportingProvide regular status updates: progress, risks, scope changes, timeline shiftsPrepare leadership-ready summaries for CEO, CTO, and Head of ProductSurface misalignments early and facilitate reprioritization with Head of Product and CTOCoordinate cross-functional meetings, capture decisions, and ensure decisions become actionsMaintain visibility into team-level progress against quarterly OKRs and product roadmap milestonesDelivery quality and release operationsCoordinate QA readiness, release checklists, and deployment communicationsEnsure documentation is updated (release notes, internal guides)Drive post-release follow-ups: bugs, customer feedback loop, retrospectivesCustomer delivery operationsCoordinate customer-facing delivery schedules, deadlines, and internal ownersSupport time zone scheduling and delivery preparation for US and Israeli customers' workWhat we offerFlexible remote work from Argentina, as part of a distributed team2 in-person team gatherings per year with the Argentina team, including team-building activitiesA small, focused team where your impact is visible and your decisions matterDirect collaboration with the Head of Product and CTOThe opportunity to grow alongside a company at the intersection of technology and the energy transitionRequired qualifications3 to 6+ years in a Project or Program Manager role managing delivery of SaaS platformsExcellent communication and follow-up disciplineExperience operating within OKR frameworks and aligning delivery execution to strategic roadmap goalsBasic technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and GIS/data tasksStrong project planning skills: milestones, critical path, scope controlRisk management: identify risks early, propose mitigation, and escalate clearlyTool fluency: Jira/Confluence or equivalent, meeting facilitationProfessional proficiency in EnglishNice to haveExperience in the renewable energy sector or adjacent industriesExperience working with US customers or across multiple time zonesFamiliarity with GIS tools or geospatial data environmentsBackground in early-stage startupsTech stackJiraExecution tracking and sprint managementConfluenceDocumentation and decision recordsAPIs and data pipelinesTechnical context for delivery coordinationGIS / geospatial dataCustomer delivery context for siting workApply for this roleSend us your details and we will be in touch.
