Advanced expertise in benefits programs, regulations, and cross-border considerations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex scenarios independently Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver in fast-paced global environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex topics for diverse audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS/benefits administration systems Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with focus on process improvement, operational excellence, and use of emerging technologies (e.g., AI); multilingual skills are a plus Demonstrated...
