We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally focused on complex enterprise, B2B, or data-intensive platforms, with 1–3 years of front-end development experienceAdvanced written and verbal English skills, enabling clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersProven ability to design and build functional, coded prototypes with realistic data and interactions (preferably using Cursor), beyond static mockupsExperience automating design-to-code workflows using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma Dev Mode MCP, GitHub Copilot, Cursor), with strong proficiency in Figma for translating early ideation into production-quality prototypesExpertise in translating complex workflows, datasets, and analytical tools into intuitive, highly usable product experiencesStrong skills in user research, usability testing, and iterative, data-driven design aligned with user feedback and business requirements, including delivery of GenAI-enabled features such as natural language queries, smart summaries, and embedded assistantsConfidence operating at the intersection of design and engineering, with strong knowledge of front-end technologies and component-based systems, and demonstrated leadership, communication, and ability to evolve scalable, accessible design systemsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
