Let’s talk.Local Team Collaboration:Lead our local team of 5 Hospital Medicine physicians.We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in addition to Hospital medicine.Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.Qualifications:Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist back up.Prefer at least 1-2 years of hospitalist experience and previous leadership experience.Flexible Scheduling:Flexible scheduling is available. Medical Director works an average of 12 clinical shifts a month.We understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.
