The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of direct B2B subcontracts for DOD prime contractors as well as direct to government efforts.Based in the Detroit, Michigan area. Will work on customer sites multiple days/week.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUse core Program Management skills to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple programs.Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the program.Serve as the primary interface with external customer and ensure customer satisfaction.Support all aspects of the program lifecycle from early-stage business development to proposal development to the program closeoutEnsure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time.Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.Identify program opportunities and implement internal process updates.Work in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks.Drive technical excellence by setting program standards and enabling execution.Provide overall leadership and direction to an integrated product team.Forecast financial performance and manage to financial expectations.Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.Collaborate with functions across the organization to ensure program successIdentify opportunities for increased scope, follow on work, and new programs within business to business.Work with Business Development and Customer Liaisons on growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers. Required Qualifications10+ years of DOD industry experienceBachelor’s Degree in a related field5+ years of technical project or program management experienceAbility to obtain and maintain DOD Secret ClearanceSkilled in MS Office products and MS ProjectExperience in software development and software integrationFlexibility and resiliency in dynamic environmentsExperience with earned value managementSelf-directed and able to work independently/remotelyAbility to support travel up to 30%Preference for experience working with both industry partners as well as governmentWhy Join Parry Labs?At Parry Labs, we foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and diversity.
