Software Engineer Task Author (AI Training)

Role responsibilities

Design and calibrate authentic engineering challenges and scoring rubrics to train and evaluate advanced AI agents. Solve complex engineering tasks personally to validate task soundness and ensure AI models are sufficiently challenged.

Requirements

Must be a working software engineer with hands-on industry experience in production environments and strong debugging skills. Proficiency in Git, observability tools, and infrastructure/integration code is required.
