## Company: Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office ## Job Area: Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Marketing Communications General Summary: As a Web UX Designer on the Digital Experience Team, you’ll help bring our website experiences to life through high-quality production design and execution. Working within our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM), you’ll ensure that designs are accurately translated into polished, functional web pages. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working hands-on with live web experiences—owning page quality, troubleshooting issues, and making improvements directly in the CMS environment. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in ensuring the website is visually polished, consistent, and functioning as intended across all devices. * Update webpages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) * Prepare design comps for the publishing team, ensure the handoff is organized * Partner closely with the publishing team to troubleshoot page builds and resolve issues * Perform QA checks across breakpoints to ensure responsiveness and consistency * Create and export web-ready assets (images, graphics, components) * Maintain high standards of visual polish, spacing, and alignment across pages * Identify issues on the website (layout, styling, bugs) and proactively fix them * Support designers and stakeholders by helping bring concepts into live experiences * Apply basic understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance considerations How You’ll Work * Collaborate closely with UX designers, marketers, and the publishing team * Balance speed and precision in a fast-paced production environment * Take ownership of your work, with the autonomy to identify and fix issues independently * Learn and grow within a structured design system and web ecosystem Nice to Have * Direct experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) * Exposure to QA processes for websites * Experience translating designs into production environments * Basic understanding of front-end frameworks or web performance best practices Why This Role is a Great Fit This role is perfect for a designer who wants to: * Build strong production and execution skills * Gain hands-on experience working on a large-scale corporate website * Develop foundational knowledge at the intersection of design and front-end implementation * Grow into more strategic UX or visual design roles over time * This is an office-based position in Mexico City that is expected to comply with the Company's onsite work policy. * ** Please provide your resume in English. ** Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) * ~3-5 years of experience in web, digital, or UX design (internships included) * Experience working in a CMS (AEM preferred, but not required) * Strong attention to detail and eye for visual quality * Experience preparing assets for web (responsive images, optimized exports) * Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (comfortable inspecting, debugging, and making minor adjustments) * Figma expertise * Understanding of responsive design principles and breakpoints * Ability to follow design systems and established patterns * Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to troubleshoot independently Applicants: Qualcomm is...
