This role requires exceptional leadership, a sharp strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. Lead the planning and implementation of key company priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.Executive Collaboration & Influence: Partner directly with senior leaders across departments (Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Commercial) to drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and influence organisational direction.Project Portfolio Management: Own and oversee a portfolio of high-stakes initiatives from concept to delivery. Provide executive-level reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and post-mortem analysis to ensure continuous improvement.Operational Effectiveness: Identify and address structural inefficiencies and systemic issues.
