The GitGuardian platform is already used by more than 600K developers worldwide and by 50 of the fortune 500!About your team and your missionAt GitGuardian, the Finance department is a small (4 members) yet high-impact team, acting as a growth enabler so the company can scale globally while keeping operations sustainable. We have been steadily evolving our finance tool stack to bring in more automation and connectivity, and the next building block to deploy is a group-level harmonization: consolidation between France and the US, and a more robust international compliance approach (including tax exposure on local and cross-border flows).This role will own the accounting, tax and compliance of a group operating from France and the US. Reporting to the Finance Director, your main responsibilities will be:Group ConsolidationDesign and run the group consolidation process between our French parent company and our US subsidiary. Define the consolidation policies, the reporting package, the closing calendar, and the tooling that fits our scale.Establish the bridges between French GAAP and US GAAP where required, and document the conventions so the framework holds as the company...
