What would you do? The Employee Relations provides administrative and operational support for employee relations activities for clients in the Airlines industry. The role handles employee relations service requests, documentation, and case administration, supporting compliant and timely resolution of workplace matters across airline workforce populations in Australia. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate case management, data confidentiality, and consistent application of employee relations processes within a highly regulated and operationally sensitive airline environment. Execute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence . Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices
What are we looking for? • HR operations, employee relations administration, or shared services roles.• Experience handling employee queries or case-based work is an advantage. •• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. •"Region: Australia (AEST – Sydney/Melbourne) Local Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST IST Conversion: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST" •• Basic understanding of employee relations processes, HR operations, and case administration.• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in case documentation and system updates.• Good written and verbal communication skills for interaction with employees and HR stakeholders.• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume environment.• Preferred: Exposure to Airlines industry employee relations, regulated workforce environments, or large operational organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Process and manage employee relations service requests received through email, case management tools, or other applications supporting airline employees.• Support administrative activities related to employee relations cases, including documentation, record maintenance, and case tracking.• Update HR and case management systems accurately and within defined service levels.• Assist with administrative support for investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns within airline operations.• Apply client policies, procedures, and employee relations guidelines relevant to airline workforce environments.• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee relations data in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.• Coordinate with internal HR teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to support timely case resolution.• Follow defined work instructions and highlight process gaps or documentation issues to leads or subject matter experts.Any Graduation
