Job Summary

If you are results-driven Project Manager with passion to lead and execute project orders, this opportunity is for you! Based in Singapore, the Project Manager will ensure on-time delivery, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder alignment. This role demands disciplined execution, proactive risk management, strong customer engagement, and ownership of revenue forecasting aligned with global PMO processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 
  • Lead project initiation activities, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales and driving effective internal and customer kick-off meetings
  • Proactively review project scope, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to set projects up for success from the start
  • Execute projects end-to-end in alignment with Emerson’s global PMO processes, including scheduling, gate reviews, risk management, and change control
  • Deliver on customer commitments by ensuring on-time execution (RDSL >95%) while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales recognition forecasts, ensuring ≥95% forecast accuracy and alignment with project plans
  • Optimize finished goods inventory and deliver on sales and inventory targets with strong precision and accountability
  • Build trusted customer relationships through consistent communication, transparency, and proactive engagement
  • Manage change requests effectively, ensuring alignment with contractual terms while balancing cost, schedule, and customer expectations
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of project documentation in accordance with PMO governance and VDRL requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes
  • Lead project closure activities, including final documentation, milestone invoicing, and smooth handover to Service teams
  • Provide clear, data-driven reporting on project performance to enable informed decision-making
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by conducting lessons learned and implementing best practices

For This Role, You Will Need: 
  • 5–10 years of experience in project management in the process management industry
  • Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, risk identification, and mitigation
  • Financial acumen, including budget and cost management
  • Experience in project sales recognition forecasting and planning
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
     
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
  • Knowledge of process instrumentation or related technologies
  • Experience working within global PMO frameworks and structured project governance models
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional, and high-impact projects
