Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.Local Team Collaboration:We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas of 45 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.Qualifications:Board certified/eligible acute nurse practitioner. We are open to new graduates.Authorized to work in the United States.Flexible Scheduling:This is a full-time nocturnist position.Full-time positions follow a 7-nights-on, 7-day-off rotation.We understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. That’s why we offer a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance. Our team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry.Key Responsibilities:For the first 4-6 hours, we have a remote APP taking the pager call from home. If a bedside eval is needed, then they forward the message to the in-house night APP. This allows the in-house APP to make the pt assignments for all the docs the next day.
