Our Mobile Acute Care (MAC) team is changing the way care is delivered in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. MAC nurses work autonomously to assess patients, then collaborate in real-time with providers to develop and implement care plans that help patients heal at home. Most importantly, you will learn new skills that will benefit you and your patients for the rest of your career.Starting pay is $60 per hour, with higher rates available based on clinical skillset, and weekend availability.You will work from a company provided vehicle and travel primarily to patient homes around your area. Baltimore, Silver Spring, NoVA, and PG County/DC are examples of local areas we assign RN’s to. We are 100% digital – all charting is via apps; we use Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to collaborate along with Apple hardware (iPad or MacBook.) Our best MAC Nurses have: Extensive experience in acute care: MedSurg, ER, IMC/progressive Care. Solid driving records. Compact State RN licenses and willingness to acquire DC license upon hire. Excellent references. Desire to improve their practice and learn new skills.
