The role is responsible for overseeing all bench labor operations, ensuring project deliverables are met with efficiency and precision. Key responsibilities include resource management, employee development, process optimization, and collaboration across teams to meet program requirements and uphold production quality standards. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and alignment with organizational goals. In this role you will: * Serve as the primary manufacturing liaison to Program Management, developing and executing manufacturing strategies that support program objectives. * Lead cross-functional execution across Product Development, Manufacturing, Test, Global Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance to ensure successful program performance. * Act as the primary operations liaison to internal and external customers, leading program reviews and communicating technical, cost, schedule, and operational performance. * Oversees and manages manufacturing, production, test, supply chain, and quality activities to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. * Assess technical and programmatic issues, develop corrective action plans, and drive timely resolution to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. * Monitor program performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful program execution. * Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Suppliers, Manufacturing leadership, and customers to resolve complex issues and maintain program alignment. * Lead the preparation of manufacturing proposals, including development and review of Manufacturing Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation. * Develop and manage integrated production schedules, coordinating material planning, manufacturing execution, and product delivery. * Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, manufacturing performance, and customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related STEM discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. * Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or production environment. * Experience managing manufacturing, production, operations, or integrated product teams throughout the product lifecycle. * Experience with manufacturing planning, production scheduling, and material planning. * Experience developing or supporting proposals, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) development. * Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve complex technical and programmatic issues, and drive corrective actions. * Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence...
