We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies5+ years of experience in data operations, data management, data quality, data analytics, automation, or related roles, with strong understanding of end-to-end data lifecycle processesProven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing team members while managing workload prioritization, performance, and delivery outcomesStrong SQL expertise with the ability to write, review, and optimize queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, quality checks, and reportingWorking knowledge of Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) to manipulate, validate, and analyze data in support of operational workflows and automationHands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools to create, maintain, prioritize, and track work items, risks, dependencies, and delivery statusSolid understanding of data quality frameworks including accuracy, completeness, consistency, validation, remediation, deduplication, and issue resolutionKnowledge of data operations workflows, data pipelines, ETL processes, data integration, and governance, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes and drive scalable solutionsExposure to artificial intelligence and Generative AI tools, with the ability to apply AI-driven approaches to enhance data quality, automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and support responsible AI adoptionEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldEquivalent professional experience in data operations, people leadership, or operational management may also be consideredResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Director – Data Operations will support initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and operational reliability while leading team delivery and cross-functional execution.Manage team delivery by assigning priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality execution of data-related initiativesCoach and develop team members, supporting performance management and capability buildingOversee data...
