You’ll work with a skilled team of data scientists and engineers, playing a key role in the Chief Information Security Office’s GenAI portfolio and helping secure innovation at scale.To be successful as an AI Engineer you should have:Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, with experience developing AI-powered applications.Experience working with vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval optimisation techniques, along with an understanding of context management.Experience supporting the evaluation, testing, and monitoring of AI agents and automated workflows, including benchmarking and observability in production environments.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.Experience of working with containerisation technologies (docker, Kubernetes etc.)Strong programming and scripting skills, particularly in Python and Bash together with use of AI assisted coding tools such as claude code.Key Soft...
