The role focuses on governance, validation, and maintenance of master data used for finance processes such as PTP, OTC and RTR. By ensuring data integrity and compliance, the Expert enables efficient process execution and adherence to data protection and financial regulations  Operational Data ManagementOwnership of key transformation projects (e.g., e-invoicing, new acquisitions, account mergesOngoing support for current requestor needs within transformations scopePartnership with Global Finance Integration TeamManage master data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirements.Support adoption of golden rules validation techniquesConduct periodic data reviews and updates to maintain high-quality, compliant data recordsExecute quality checks and provide meaningful reporting to drive increase in qualitySupports and executes user acceptance testing for different system integrationsSupport clean up activities across systems and geographiesSupport creation of master data definitions (metadata) and ensures adoption of common understanding Compliance & ControlEnsure master data is compliant with GDPR, SOX, and internal data protection standards.Ensure transactional teams have complete approval evidence and audit trails for data creation and changes.Support internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation of identified issues.Collaborate with GPOs to validate KYC, sanctions, credit limits and any other dimensions of the master data Governance & CollaborationPartner with Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance (Retained, GPO and SSCs), Credit, and IT (FIS and I,T & D) to ensure alignment and consistency across master data processes.Participate in global data governance forums and contribute to policy refinement and adoptionSupport ERP/CRM integrations to ensure customer master data consistency across platforms. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate data validation, approval workflows and quality checksSupport system enhancement testing and process optimization projects.Track and report data quality KPIs and process efficiency metrics. Training & Knowledge SharingConduct workshops for Finance streams on data accuracy, privacy, and governance.Maintain and update documentation of master data procedures and standards.Provide coaching and guidance to new MDM team members and regional users.Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for master data compliance and GDPR-related topics.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management or Finance processes.Knowledge of master data governance for Finance (suppliers, customers, CoA, reporting segments, inventory and other).Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday) and MDM tools (SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio, etc.).  Additional InformationWhat do we offer?Permanent employment contract.Social security coverage in accordance with applicable regulations.Hands-on experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) organization supporting the Americas.Ongoing guidance and professional development from experienced experts.Participation in high-impact projects focused on continuous improvement and process transformation.The opportunity to strengthen your professional profile within a globally recognized multinational company.Apply now and take the first step toward building your professional future with...
