This role will own cash performance, drive process excellence, and modernize the end to end process through technology, automation.You will lead a team of 10 and partner across Finance, Operations, and IT to build scalable, efficient, and tech-enabled AR processes.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end AR operations: billing, collections, and cash applicationsDrive cash performance: improve collections, reduce aging and bad debtBuild and execute a roadmap for automation and process optimization across AR workflowsPartner with IT and Workday admins to implement systems, integrations, and workflow tools that reduce manual workLeverage data and analytics (e.g., dashboards, BI tools) to improve leadership visibility and decision-makingApply predictive insights / AI-enabled approaches to prioritize collections and identify risksStandardize processes and strengthen controls to ensure accuracy and complianceDevelop and coach a high-performing team; set clear goals and accountability, including resources in our Global Delivery Center located in IndiaAct as a trusted partner to senior leaders and key clients on AR strategy and performanceWhat You Bring10+ years in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or related functions5+ years leading teams (including managers)Proven ability to improve cash performance and operational efficiencyExperience driving automation, system implementations, or digital transformation in financeStrong analytical skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or similarFamiliarity with workflow/automation tools (RPA or equivalent) and system integrationsAbility to translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutionsSolid understanding of accounting principles and close processesExperience with Workday or similar AR systems preferredWhat Sets You ApartData-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomesAbility to balance day-to-day execution with strategic transformationStrong communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholdersContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiencyPlease note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who...
